Inception and Progression
Field Services Unlimited (FSU) was founded in 1992 by Sue and Bob Shalley. Bob’s experience in architecture, engineering, and construction, combined with his passion for travel, led to FSU’s creation. Initially, FSU offered nationwide field evaluations, light-level readings, and punch list services for construction projects. FSU’s dedication to quality work and strong customer relationships fueled its growth, earning it trust among Fortune 500 companies and many notable clients.

Sue Shalley brought her sales and marketing expertise as FSU expanded its services and client base through innovative strategies like cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and creative client engagement. Major clients, including Jack in the Box, Exxon Mobile, Wendy’s, Jiffy Lube, Pizza Hut, and H&R Block, were won over. Our team’s dedication led to milestones like implementation of laser scanners, CAD technology, and innovative approaches that fueled our growth.
